What the tool is

Sphere Brawl's publishing tool is a private program run by the channel owner. It renders battle videos and uploads them to the owner's own YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts. It is not offered to the public, and nobody except the owner signs in to it.

What we access

When the owner signs in to a platform, the tool receives an access token for the owner's own account. It uses that token only to upload the owner's videos, titles, descriptions and cover images, and to check that the sign-in works. It does not read, collect or store any information about viewers, subscribers, commenters or any other person.

What we store and where

The sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer or in the environment of the owner's own scheduled job. They are not sent to any server other than the platform they belong to, and they are not shared, sold or used for advertising. A local log lists which videos were uploaded and when.

Google user data

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The owner can revoke the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
